# Focus to Earn

**"Focus to earn"** refers to the concept that the **MindMint app rewards users for focusing on specific activities for a set period of time**. By using an NFT as a ticket to participate in the platform, users are able to set a focus period and earn rewards based on the duration of their focus.

When a user selects a focus tag and sets a focus period, the app will track the user's activity during that time. This can include tracking their phone's silent mode, restricting notifications and messages, and tracking their focus on the activity they have selected.

Based on the user's focus period and the attributes of their NFT, the app will calculate and reward the user with token yield. The higher the rank of the NFT, the more token yield it produces, and users are able to purchase and stake multiple NFTs at the same time for increased token yield.

In summary, the **MindMint app rewards users for focusing on specific activities for a set period of time, by providing token yield and attribute tracking to give users an overall well-being score.** This provides an incentive for users to focus on activities that will improve their productivity and well-being, while earning rewards in the process.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://mindmintapp.gitbook.io/mind-mint/focus-to-earn.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
